Who sells the service
You buy each service from All Care. The provider carries it out as an independent subcontractor. Receipts are issued in the company's name.
Payment
The price shown is all-in. Payment is taken after the job is completed. Tips go 100% to the provider.
Cancellations
Free until 24 hours before the start; 25% between 24 and 2 hours; 50% under 2 hours or if the provider cannot get in.
Reviews and disputes
Only completed bookings can be reviewed, once per side. Problems can be reported within 7 days and are reviewed by our support team.
